Marketing team for Conway announced

     C.J. Brown REALTORS, a subsidiary of Latter & Blum Inc., has announced the selection of Conway’s Marketing Team by the developer, Southern Lifestyle Development. Agents Janet Schwartz, Jeanne Stroda and Jodie Strain will specialize in representing the community to the public as well as homebuilders. C.J. Brown has also announced it will also open a residential sales office in Conway’s Town Square to serve clients onsite.

     Conway is a planned premier lifestyle community, located off La. 44 in Gonzales. One thousand families will call Conway home at completion. The community will feature amenities such as 46 acres of parks and biking/jogging trails, a town square with over 200,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space, restaurants, shopping, grocery outlets, and concerts held free to the public. Phase 1 of the 950-lot development has already begun, and lots are immediately available for reserve.
