16-year-old runaway located in Mississippi

16-year-old Charity Cooks was located by Mississippi Highway Patrol in Adams County, Miss., and was placed into the Assumption Parish Youth Detention Center on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Cooks ran away from her Prairieville residence on Thursday, Feb. 4.
