APSO seeking whereabouts of missing elderly woman

The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old Audrey Preston who was reported missing on Sunday, Jan. 17.

Audrey Preston is believed to be traveling in a beige 2009 Toyota RAV4 bearing Louisiana license plate SPC703. The vehicle was last seen on I-10 westbound in LaPlace at approximately 7:15 p.m.on Sunday night.

Audrey Preston is a black female with short gray hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5’4” tall and weighs 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a brown pants suit. Family members advised Preston has a medical condition which may impair her judgement.
