Warrant issued for Sex offender for failing to register

According to Lt. Col. Bobby Webre of the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, Kevin Jones, 54, of 800 Catalpa St., Donaldsonville is a Tier III Sex Offender who has failed to register as a sex offender in Ascension Parish.

He was last seen in and around the Donaldsonville area. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kevin Jones is urged to contact the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office at (225) 621-INFO (4636) or by texting 847411 to the anonymous tip line from any cellular device or Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-STOP (7867).
