Pot & Paddle Jambalaya Kitchen held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, July 15, celebrating their new restaurant/catering opening at 2819 S. Cabela’s Parkway, Gonzales. Pot & Paddle Jambalaya Kitchen is a Cajun restaurant offering freshly prepared, authentic Cajun cuisine with dine-in, carry-out and catering services. The Gonzales location also offers a drive-thru.
