Nonprofit opens local branch to help disabled, veterans

Trinity Outdoors Disabled Adventures (TODA) announces the opening of its local chapter, T.O.D.A. Bayou Branch located in Belle Rose. TODA is a 501c3 nonprofit faith based organization whose main activity is hunting and fishing trips for disabled men, women, children and veterans.
These trips are used as an opportunity to discuss Christian values with the recipients, pray with them, and give them hope for the future by teaching them and keeping them involved in outdoor activities. They also try to stay involved with church activities and volunteer and participate in community functions and activities.
