Ascension Parish Deputies Tyrus Cobb, Justin Ellis, Marvin Williams, and Daniel Goppelt graduated from the Capital Area Regional Training Academy (CARTA) in Baton Rouge on Tuesday, March 31.

Capital Area Regional Training Academy (CARTA) is a product of the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office. There were 39 graduates representing 10 different agencies from across the state.
