Louisiana Strawberry’s Fundraiser

The Assumption Parish Jr. Leaders and the Assumption 4-H Foundation are now selling strawberry flats for $18.00 per flat.  Please support the Jr. Leaders and the Assumption 4-H Foundation by placing your order today.  To place an order, fill out the bottom form with check or money order and mail to 4-H Strawberry Order, 119 Robin Street, Napoleonville, LA 70390, or contact a 4-H Jr. Leader or call the 4-H Office at 985-369-6386.  Make check payable to “Assumption 4-H Foundation”.  All orders must be placed and paid for by April 9th.  Pick-up will be at the 4-H Office on April 15th from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
