Clerk of Court announces Qualifying Dates for Spring election

Bridget Hanna, Chief Deputy Clerk of Court for Ascension Parish, announced this week the dates for qualifying as a candidate for the offices to be voted upon in the election set for March 28, 2015. 

Qualifying will be held on February 4, 5, and 6, 2015, from 8:30 a.m.  until 4:30 p.m.

Offices for which qualifying will take place are:  Gonzales Council Member, Div. C, and Gonzales Council Member, Div. E.  Interested persons may qualify at the Office of the Clerk of Court, 815 E. Worthey St., Gonzales, or 300 Houmas St., Donaldsonville.  The Primary Election is scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2015, and the General Election is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2015.
