Update: Missing teen from Belle Rose found

Update: Sheriff Mike Waguespack reported Sunday morning the missing child, Tajah Chatman, has been found and is with her family.

"Thanks to all for the assistance," Sheriff Mike Waguespack said.

Original release: The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance with locating 13-year-old Tajah Chatman. Tajah was last seen on Saturday, December 6, 2014, at 1000 hours, on Belle Rose Lane in Belle Rose. Tajah is approximately 5’3” tall and weighs 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing pajama pants and a white tank top.
