Common Core is subject for Pachyderms of GBR Meeting

The Common Core State Standards and PARCC testing will be the subject of the Pachyderms of Greater Baton Rouge meeting on Thursday, June 26th at 6:30 p.m. at the Grand Asian Buffet, 3132 College Drive (The former Great Wall in Village Sq.), Baton Rouge, 70808. (6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Socializing; 7 p.m. – Meeting)

Anna Arthurs and Kathy Sirois, Louisiana activists opposed to Common Core, will focus on gains and losses in the recent Legislative session, the Governor’s veto of HB 953, and plans for current and future action.
