The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory, effective from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Timing- Winds will begin to ramp up around mid-morning to midday.
Winds-Sustained 15-20 mph with frequent gusts near or just over 30 mph
Duration- 4-8 hours
Impacts- Driving will be difficult for high profile vehicles along the elevated East-West roadways.
Precautionary/Preparedness Actions- A Wind Advisory means that winds of 26 to 39 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
