MONDAY'S FORECAST ... Rain chances decreases, temperatures rise

Rain chances decrease slightly for the start of the work week, but the temperatures rise.

Monday's forecast calls for a 30 percent chance of afternoon or evening thunderstorms. Daytime highs will reach the lower 90s, after several days of highs in the 80s.

Overnight lows will reach the mid 70s under partly cloudy skies.

High temperatures inch upward Tuesday, maxing out around 93. The chance of rain is 30 percent.

Overnight lows will drop to the lower 70s.

The pattern continues Wednesday, but rain probability increases for Thursday and Friday
