Tropical Storm Debby path uncertain

Tropical Storm Debby has developed in the Gulf of Mexico, but the area for landfall remains uncertain.

As of 11 a.m. Sunday, Debby packed maxium sustained winds of 60 mph. Meanwhile, the National Weather Service said the storm could make landfall anywhere between the Florida panhandle and the Texas coast.

Rain and wind are expected throughout the region as the storm moves closer to landfall.
