School Board reminds about funding renewal

The Ascension Parish School Board is asking for residents to renew a 10 year, 2.5 mill ad valorum tax.

The tax will provide operating costs for all schools and administrative facilities.

The mills fund services critical to the foundations of learning throughout Ascension Parish.

The proposition for the tax will be on the November 19 General Election ballot
