KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Top-ranked LSU topped Tennessee 38-7 Saturday in Neyland Stadium.

It was LSU's largest margin of victory in the 32-game series.

The Tigers, who have won four road games and downed four ranked opponents this season, outgained Tennessee in the second half, 222-61, while outscoring the Vols 21-0.

LSU (7-0, 4-0 SEC) returns home to face Auburn on Oct. 22. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. at Tiger Stadium.
