Gonzales man found guilty of eight counts of Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles

Levi Dunham of 39350 West Worthey Road, Gonzales, Louisiana, was found guilty as charged to 8 counts of Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles.

During an undercover investigation in 2009, the Louisiana State Police obtained information which led them to an address in Ascension Parish occupied by Levi Dunham.  After executing a search warrant of the residence, officers seized a computer belonging to Levi Dunham.  A forensic analysis of the computer was conducted at the Louisiana State Police Forensics Department which resulted in police finding numerous child pornography videos. Levi Dunham was subsequently arrested for Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles.

The Honorable Thomas Kliebert Jr. presided over this case.  Sentencing was deferred pending a pre-sentence investigation report to be conducted by Probation and Parole, and set for January 25, 2012. Assistant District Attorneys, Joni M. and Shawn R. Bush, were the prosecuting attorneys for the State of Louisiana.
