NAACP?sponsors forum

The Ascension Parish National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP )will sponsor a political forum on Thursday, September 29.

The event will take place at East Ascension High School in Gonzales.

The forum will ask a variety of questions on topics pertinent to voters, and will take place  from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

52 candidates have been invited to this event, These candidates will be on the ballot for the upcoming election that will be held on October 22, 2011.
