LSU meets Mississippi State to open SEC play

LSU will open SEC competition Thursday night at Mississippi State.
The Tigers enter Starkville with a 2-0 record after recording wins over Oregon and Northwestern State.
It will be a match of top 25 teams as LSU ranks No. 3 and Mississippi State holds No. 25. The Bulldogs (1-1) are coming off of a narrow loss to defending national champions Auburn.
"You know they are going to play hard and that they have a great scheme," said LSU head coach Les Miles earlier this week.
