Lee downgraded to Tropical Depression (Monday a.m., September 5)

Tropical Storm Lee has been downgraded to a Tropical Depression according to the National Weather Service.
Advisories for both Tropical Storm watches and warnings have been cancelled, but a Flash Flood watch is still in effect for Ascension Parish until this afternoon.
Scattered rain will be expected in the area today, and will bring with it heavy winds.
