Delaune said that Russell and Harvey have been the focus of the investigation for the past two weeks and that detectives previously found multiple individuals who put them near the scene of the crime.  Today, DeLaune said, a key witness gave crucial details which led to warrants being secured for the arrests of Russell and Harvey.  Both men are being charged with Second Degree Murder.
