Dancing for a Cause are thankful for support

Sharon Morris - Chairperson, Dancing for a Cause - Gonzales

It’s that time of year again, and our dancers are gearing up for what promises to be an eventful evening, full of fun and support.

For the last three years, all of us on the Dancing for a Cause committee have worked tirelessly to get the event off of the ground.

The evening’s dancing raises much needed funds for the ARC of East Ascension, in particularly the respite center in Gonzales, and a number of programs and opportunities available for those in our parish who live daily with special needs.

Without our sponsors, it would be difficult for us to claim this event as a success.?For that reason, we would like to thank the following:

This year’s event not only has a host of local celebrities dancing to raise money, but also boasts Irma Thomas as a headlining performer.
