007s win Gulf South state tournament championship

The 007s 12 and under team, coached by Nicole and Paul Dufour, took the Gulf South State USFA State Tournament held during the weekend of June 24 in Daphne, Alabama.

Teams from Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana competed for the distinction of being called the “best in the Gulf South.”

The 007s went undefeated for the weekend as they outscored their opponents 34-6. They defeated the Bay City Bombers out of Mobile by a score of 1-0 in the championship game.
