La Beau holds ribbon cutting

Staff reports
Owners, staff and friends gathered for the ribbon cutting ceremony.

La Beau Day Spa and Salon held a Ribbon Cutting recently announcing the opening of their spa and salon at 12481 Home Port Drive, Maurepas.

Two years ago Shane Edmonston noticed that men and women from the Diversion Canal area were traveling all the way to Prairieville, Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, and Hammond to have spa services performed.  Instinctively he thought how great it would be to have a full service spa in Maurepas, serving all of Livingston and Ascension.

After a year of working on a business plan and doing a great deal of research, Shane was able to find a location that he felt would fulfill his vision of what a day spa and salon should offer for the Maurepas area. The dream became a reality in late November of 2010, and has been well received by locals, as well as throughout Livingston and Ascension Parishes.

La Beau Day Spa and Salon is staffed by experienced management and licensed professionals. Visit this upscale, beautiful and serene atmosphere, ready to provide the ultimate spa retreat.
