Gov. Bobby Jindal was at the Gonzales Civic Center on Monday of this week to honor parish veterans. He handed out 265 Honor Medals, and hundreds of residents were on-hand for the celebration. Frank Brow Jr., who served in the military from 1942 until 1946, said the ceremony was "a wonderful moment."
