SEATTLE - The defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints were stunned Saturday by the Seattle Seahawks.

Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch broke six tackles as he weaved his way 67 yards for a fourth-quarter touchdown, putting away the Saints in a 41-36 wildcard playoff victory.

Saints quarterback Drew Brees connected with Devery Henderson on a 6-yard touchdown pass, but any hopes of a rally were killed when the ensuing onside kick failed.

Running back Julius Jones, facing his former team, led the Saints with two rushing touchdowns. He finished with 59 rushing yards and 61 receiving yards on six catches.

Henderson tallied seven catches for 77 yards.

Brees went 39-of-60 passing for 404 yards with two touchdowns.

Seattle quarterback Matt Hasselback threw four scores. He went 22-of-35 passing for 272 yards.
