Louisiana tax filing deadline extended to May 16

This year's filing deadline for 2010 Louisiana Individual Income Tax Return forms is Monday, May 16, the Louisiana Department of Revenue announced Friday.

The deadline is May 15 ordinarily, but that date falls on a Sunday this year.  Therefore, the filing deadline is extended to the next business day, May 16.
