Hwy 44 on ramp closure set Tuesday

The on ramp from Hwy 44 to Hwy 70 westbound to cross the Sunshine Bridge will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Louisiana Department of Transporation and Development said in a release.

No traffic will be allowed to pass during this time.

The detour route is Hwy 44 to Hwy 70 Eastbound, U turn off Hwy 70 to Hwy  70 westbound.
