Redesigned EATEL website offers easy online support

Featuring a simplified online ordering experience, streamlined customer support, and detailed company information, the newly launched offers users the tools to find information as easily as possible.

The redesigned site provides all visitors instant access to information on EATEL’s FiberEdge TV, Internet, phone and bundle offerings, complete with detailed descriptions and pricing.

Added website features give new customers the ability to build a customized bundle with just a few clicks, while also allowing existing customers to add or change their service. In addition, easy-to-follow user guides and frequently asked questions (FAQs) provide comprehensive online customer assistance in its redesigned Support section.

The site also features an improved search function with results organized by category. And, with just one click of the Fast Links menu on the home page, customers can access their EATEL webmail, pay their bill, order services or manage their accounts.

Want to know more about EATEL’s community involvement? The new Community section highlights EATEL’s grants, scholarships and events in its serving areas, and social media icons connect visitors to EATEL’s official Facebook and Twitter pages. In addition, requests for charitable donations and other sponsorships can now be made directly through the website.
