Adams named to Braud's vacated Sorrento Council seat

Jason Adams will fill the vacant Sorrento Town Council seat.

Adams was sworn in as a temporary councilman by town attorney Erin Lanoux at a special meeting on Monday.

Adams replaces former councilman John Braud, who offically declared his resignation at the town council meeting on May 25.

The town recently received a letter from the Secretary of State declaring Braud’s seat vacant.
