Manasha Vick paced Broadmoor?(3-3) with 20 points, while Twynesha Parker added eight and Ananord?Cannon had six.

Ruth’s putback and 3-pointer from the left corner made it 13-6 before Vick’s bank shot cut it to five going into the second quarter after Miller’s baseline drive.

Vick’s pull up jumper in transition cut it to 17-14 in the second frame before the Lady Spartans closed out the half on a 9-0 run capped by Lomas’ jumper after York’s putback and Brionca Bougere’s dish to Ruth for a 3-pointer in the left corner.

Miller’s layup off a steal opened the second half before Parker’s putback but Miller sandwiched a baseline jumper and drive around Ruth’s free throws to make it 36-18. Vick’s putback cut it to 40-27 after Parker’s dish to Cannon off a steal but Lomas’ bank shot pushed it to 17 points going into the final frame.

Vick scored the first five points of the fourth quarter as Broadmoor cut it to 10 but Miller’s drives and Ruth’s inside bucket put East Ascension in control. Vick’s drive in transition reflected the final tally after Parker’s inside bucket.
