Arceneaux, G. P.

A resident of Gonzales, he died early Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at his home. He was 85 and served his country during World War II in the U.S. Army. He retired from DSM Copolymer Inc. with more than 31 years of service. Burial in Hope Haven Cemetery in Gonzales.

Coleman, James “Noon”

A retired cement finisher and a resident and native of Donaldsonville, he died at 6:40 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at his home. He was 68. Interment in Buena Vista Baptist Church  Cemetery, in St. James

Falsetta, Raphael Anthony  “Rip”

He died Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009. He was born on Oct. 23, 1943, and a native of Donaldsonville. He graduated from Ascension Catholic High School in 1961. He was with Falsetta Amusements. He was a member of St. Joseph Altar Society. Interment in Ascension Catholic Church Cemetery.

Mistretta, Amalia

She was 103 and passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, in Donaldsonville. Interment in Ascension Catholic Church Cemetery.

Robinson, Ezekiel "Billy" "Zeke"

A retired construction worker and a lifelong resident of Gonzales, he died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009. He was 65. Interment in Do Right Full Gospel Church Cemetery Gonzales. He was a member of Local Laborers 1177 in Baton Rouge.

Way, James Franklin “Sonny Man” Sr.

A resident of Port Vincent, he passed away Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at his home. He was 81, born on Sept 2, 1928, in St. Landry. He served as a staff sergeant with the U.S. Airborne Paratroopers, 82nd Airborne Division, during the Korean War.
