LSU-Louisiana Tech game moved to 6 p.m. for ESPNU

LSU’s Brandon LaFell hauls in a 39-yard touchdown reception from Jordan Jefferson in the first quarter of the Tigers’ 42-0 victory Saturday night in Death Valley.

BATON ROUGE – LSU and Louisiana Tech will play Nov. 14 before a national audience on ESPNU. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. in Tiger Stadium.

LSU (7-1) are ranked ninth in the nation and will first face Alabama Saturday in Tuscaloosa. The Tigers shut out in-state rival Tulane, 42-0, Saturday in Baton Rouge.

Louisiana Tech (3-5) is coming off of a 35-34 loss to Idaho Saturday.

Russell Shepard and Brandon LaFell each scored touchdown for LSU. LaFell had two receiving scores, while Shepard galloped into the end zone in the first quarter on a 19-yard run.
