Alberes Sr., Alfred John “A.J.”

He was conductor for Union Pacific Railroad, a correctional officer for Hunt Correctional Institute and a part-time employee of Ascension Parish government.  He died Monday, Aug. 17, 2009. He was 63, a native of Donaldsonville and a resident of St. Amant. Visiting at Household of Faith in Gonzales Friday from 9 a.m. until church service at 10 a.m. Burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Frump, Acey G.

He passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009 A resident of Gonzales for 42 years. Visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, Friday, Aug. 21, from 9:30 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. He served for four years in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of World War II.

Vampran, Chrissy Reneé

A security guard for Plant Security at Shin Tec, Plaquemine, and a resident of Prairieville, she passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Aug. 14, 2009, in Prairieville. She was 27 and a former longtime resident of Ascension Parish. Burial in Maurepas Community Cemetery.
