Lambert, Gerald Paul “Big G”
A resident of Gonzales and owner of Lambert’s Wrecker Service, he passed away unexpectedly Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009. He was 64. Visiting at Healing Place Church, Baton Rouge, on Tuesday, Aug. 18, from 8 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. Interment in Oak Lane Memorial Park, Prairieville.
Livingston, Robert Allen “Bob”
A boiler maker with Ohmstede and a resident of Gonzales, he died Saturday, June 6, 2009. He was 59 and a native of Louisville, Ky. Memorial service at First Baptist Church, 1217 S. Burnside Ave., Gonzales, on Sunday, Aug. 23, from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Luna, Augustin “Gus”
A resident of Donaldsonville, he died Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 78 and was a veteran of the U.S. Army with the 8th Army Division. He was a member and past commander of the American Legion Post 98, VFW Post 3766 and the DAV Chapter 45. He was a roadmaster with the Union Pacific Railroad. He was also a member of the St. Joseph Society in Donaldsonville.
Palmer, James Reed “Jim”
He passed away unexpectedly Friday, Aug. 14, 2009. He was 61, a resident of Prairieville and a native of Maryville, Tenn. He was a support manager for the Gonzales Wal-Mart Store. A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 19, in his hometown at Grandview Cemetery, Maryville, Tenn.
Roy, Jeremy Paul “Opie”
A resident of Gonzales, he died Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009. He was 27. Arrangements pending with Renaissance Services, Gonzales.
Williams, Beulah Mae
A resident of St. Amant, and a native of Sorrento, she died Friday, Aug. 14, 2009, at the St. Joseph Carpenter House. She was 73. Interment in Faithful United Methodist Church Cemetery.
