Harp, Rosemary LeBlanc “Cookie”       

A retired secretary with Ascension Catholic Interparochial School with 21 years of service, she died at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Ollie Steele Burden Manor Nursing Home. She was 85, a native of Klotzville and a resident of Donaldsonville. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Donaldsonville, on Saturday, April 25, from 8 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, Donaldsonville, at 11 a.m. Saturday. Entombment in the church mausoleum. She was a member of Ascension Church choir, Ladies Altar Society, Catholic Daughters of the Americas and the Donaldsonville Music Club.

Melancon, Concetta DiVincenzo “Tootsie”

A lifelong caregiver and native and resident of Donaldsonville, she passed away on Monday, April 20, 2009, at 6:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Gonzales. She was 92. Entombment in Ascension Catholic Cemetery.

Perkins, Julia Marie   

A retired practical nurse, she passed away at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at her home in Gonzales. She was 83 and a native of New Orleans. Visiting at Church of Ephesus, 9531 Burbank Drive, Baton Rouge, on Friday, April 24, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by Dennis Williams, pastor. Interment in Southern Memorial Gardens, 3012 Blount Road, Baton Rouge.
