Drain pipe project to close Hwy. 3251

A cross drain pipe replacement project is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday along Hwy. 3251 one mile east of Hwy. 75 in Ascension Parish, according to the Department of Transportation and Development.

Weather permitting, the project is scheduled to start March 10 at 8 a.m. and is expected to be completed by March 11 at 5 p.m.

Hwy. 3251 will be closed during that time. An alternate traffic route can be taken by traveling north on Hwy. 30 to Hwy. 73 left to Hwy. 75 and left to Hwy. 3251.
