Caillouet, Lydia V.       

A resident of Prairieville and a native of El Paso, Texas, she died early Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 64 and worked as a cashier at the Gonzales Wal-Mart. Visitation at Ascension Funeral Home chapel, 426 W. New River St., Gonzales, on Saturday, Nov. 29, from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Graveside service at Greenoaks Memorial Park on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Dixon, Elmer Moore “Monkey”       

Living the past 12 years in Albany, Aunt Monkey lived most of her life in Prairieville, where she was a member of the Eastern Star. Aunt Monkey was the blessed age of 92 when she passed away Sunday, Nov. 23, 2008, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. . Interment in Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Prairieville.

Perck Jr., Adam Victor   

A resident of Gonzales, he passed away on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008. He was 35. Burial in Faithful United Methodist Church Cemetery. He was a drummer who loved playing and listening to swamp pop. He was also a good welder by trade.
