Folks, Deena Lanell   

A resident of Livingston and a native of Prairieville, she passed on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008, at age 26. Interment in Cornerview Cemetery. She enjoyed spending time with her family, being outdoors, listening to good music and just passing a good time.

King, Priscilla Marie       

A homemaker and native of Sorrento, she died at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, at her home in Gonzales. She was 59. Entombment in Hope Haven Cemetery, La. 30, Gonzales. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Joseph Hospice Foundation, 8923 Bluebonnet Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70810, in memory of Priscilla King.

Mitchell, Alma Earl “Ninny”        

A homemaker and lifelong resident of Gonzales, and a former employee of Dutch Cleaners and One Hour Martinizing Cleaners, she expired on Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, at Ochsner Regional Medical Center-Baton Rouge. She was 81. Interment in Assembly Full Gospel Church Cemetery.

Poché Sr., Clark A. “Rock”       

A resident of Chauvin, he died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, at Gulf States, LTAC of Houma. He was 89 and a native of Gonzales. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II in the European Theater. After his military career, he went on to work for and retire from the New Orleans Sewage and Water Board as an equipment operator. Burial in Hope Haven Cemetery, La. 30, Gonzales.

Sauce Sr., Thomas Michael “Peanut”   

Thomas Michael “Peanut” Sauce Sr., 34, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Gonzales. He worked as an electrician with ISC for 15 years. He was born in Thibodaux and resided in Gonzales. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
