Cheers to your health: Blue Cross services help keep resolutions

It’s 2019, and many people are resolving to work on their health. Among the most common New Year’s resolutions declared every year are eating well, getting more exercise and quitting smoking.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana has several programs and services to help more than 1.6 million Louisianians stick to these New Year’s resolutions.

With Fitness Your Way by Tivity Health, an independent program that Blue Cross customers can use, you can get a gym membership for only $29 a month. And, this membership lets you work out at any of the 9,000 participating fitness centers around the country – so you don’t need to worry about upsetting your exercise schedule when traveling or away from home. Through Blue365, Blue Cross’ member health and wellness discounts site, you can buy fitness gear, healthy food delivery services and more at a lower cost.
