Retired LSMSA instructor discusses Jewish faith with students

Students enrolled in the Abrahamic Faiths class at the Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts learned about the Jewish faith from retired LSMSA English instructor Dr. Art Williams.

The class is taught by Prem Gongaju, a student life advisor in Prudhomme Hall and a member of the humanities faculty.

Class members include Matthew Bailey, a senior from Haughton; Jada Boyd, a junior from Thibodaux; Jordan Byrd, a junior from Denham Springs; Albert Chen, a senior from Natchitoches; McKenzie Cutrer, a senior from Denham Springs; Kerry Doyle, a senior from Eros; Chelsea Franklin, a senior from Crowley; Hanyu Gong, a senior from Metairie; Nihal Gopalam, a junior from Prairieville; Christopher Grace, a junior from Hammond; Coleman Guidry, a junior from Covington; Rachel Judson, a junior from Lake Charles; Sean Lane, a senior from Hammond; LiZhang Matuschka, a senior from Natchitoches; Harlan Picht, a junior from Natchitoches; Bennett Reynolds, a senior from Sulphur; and Jaci Templet, a senior from Gonzales.
