Guilty Pleas February 12-16

Ascension Parish:
1. Alexander Edgerson, 1612 N Coontrap Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 30, pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that the defendant is to serve 1 year of the sentence, and the remaining 4 years of the sentence are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 3 years supervised probation.
2. Tyler Shepard, 17071 Hunters Trace East Prairieville, LA., age 22, pled guilty to Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
3. Mikee Sullivan, 225 Evangeline Dr. Donaldsonville, LA., age 41, pled guilty to Illegal Use of Weapons and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
4. William Lanoux, Prairieville, LA., age 33, pled guilty to Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant must register and notify as a Sex Offender for a period of 15 years.
5. Adam Vaz, 241 Southeast Dr. Slidell, LA., age 36, pled guilty to Theft Over $5,000, but Less than $25,000. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
6. Blake Wiltz, Gonzales, LA., age 34, pled guilty to Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling (2 counts) and was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
7. Chelsie Breaux, 187 LA 70 Pierre Part, LA., age 26, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $750 or More, but Less than $5,000. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

8. Dwight Perrilloux, 37214 St. Marie Ave. Prairieville, LA., age 22, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 15 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
9. Kentra Jupiter, 242 D’Ville Village Donaldsonville, LA., age 31, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts). The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

Assumption Parish:
1. Beau Jon Babin, 13111 Lamar Morgan Rd. St. Amant, LA., age 24, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that the defendant is to serve 1 year of the said sentence, and the remaining 4 years are to be suspended. Upon release, the defendant is to be placed on 4 years supervised probation.
2. Dwayne Hebert, 131 Substation St. Pierre Part, LA., age 40, pled guilty to Creation or Operation of a Clandestine Laboratory for the Unlawful Manufacture of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Simple Burglary, Illegal Carrying of Weapons, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that the said sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
3. Chad Patrone, 118 Halfway Rd. Donaldsonville, LA., age 34, pled guilty to Illegal Carrying of Weapons, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that the said sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
4. Gavin Bell, 300 Telegraph St. Napoleonville, LA., age 21, pled guilty to Distribution of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that the defendant is to serve 1 year of the said sentence, and the remaining 4 years are to be suspended. Upon release, the defendant is to be placed on 4 years supervised probation.

St. James Parish:
1. Roger Johnson, 451 Little Hope St. Garyville, LA., age 61, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
