Tuesday, January 3, 2012 Thriving with Diabetes Topic: Being a Food Label Detective, Speaker: Kourtney Wingate, RD, LDN, outpatient dietitian, St. Elizabeth Hospital Food labels are great sources of important information. Join Kourtney Wingate, RD, LDN, outpatient dietitian, St. Elizabeth Hospital, as she teaches you to be a food label detective. She will lead you through a fun and interactive investigation of food labels revealing some surprising results. 6:00 PM- 7:00PM  St. Elizabeth Hospital, Sr. Linda Conference Room FREE- Registration Preferred

Mondays, January 16 thru February 27, 2012, Body Works: Boys A Healthy Lifestyle Series, Help your son learn healthy eating and physical activity habits.  Join us at BodyWorks, a nationally recognized 7 class program series aimed at giving you and your son the tools and support to make needed changes. For boys ages 9-13 and their moms / dads. Meets every Monday, January 16 thru February 27, 2012. 5:30 PM—7:00 PM St. Elizabeth Hospital, Sr. Linda Conference Room, FREE—Pre-registration  is required.
