Boudreaux, Daniel “Brian”

A native of Baton Rouge and resident of Gonzales, he passed away Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, at age 42. Visitation was held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Prairieville, Wednesday, Sept. 14, from 10 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at noon.

Daigle Sr., Ulysse Warren

A retired laborer and resident and native of Donaldsonville, he died at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 87 and an Army veteran. Interment in Protestant Cemetery, Donaldsonville.

Duplessis, Julius Ronald “Ronnie”

He was 73 and passed away Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, in Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette. He was born Aug. 19, 1938 and graduated from Dutchtown High School in 1959. He was a traveling union machinist and former swine farmer. He was a veteran of the National Guard and a 40-year resident of Beauregard Parish. A private memorial service and burial will be held at a later date.

Ealey, Shaun Damon

A resident of Gonzales and a native of Syracuse, N.Y., he died at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, at North Bend Apartments of Houston. He was 26 and served in the Army Reserve. Interment in Zion Travelers Baptist Church cemetery, Convent. He graduated from Nicholls State University with an associate degree in business administration.

Fair, Rose Marie Graham

A retired secretary and a resident of Denham Springs, she died at 8:45 a.m. Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, at her home. She was 67 and a native of Gonzales. Interment in Cornerview Cemetery.

Lee Sr., Rev. Eddie

A retired heavy equipment operator with Ormet Corp. and resident of Prairieville, he died Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011, at his home. He was 84, a native of Darrow and an Army veteran. Interment in Ealey Family Cemetery, Galvez. He was a member of Church of God at Galvez.

Parr, John B.

John B. Parr passed away Monday, Aug. 29, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Parr; three step-daughters, Stephanie Miller, Gwendolyn Maddox and Dannielle Stevens; two step-sons, Michael Mixon and Steven Mixon, all of Gonzales; 19 grandchildren; one sister, Beverly Wiger and husband, Russell of St. Louis; two brothers and three sister-in-laws,  Carroll Parr and wife, Carolyn G. Parr, Ronald Parr and wife Hazel M. Parr and sister-in-law, Catherine L. Parr, all of Dutchtown; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Lucien and Marion Lanoux Parr and brother, Luris Parr.

Pavlovich, Elizabeth W. “Betty”

A resident of Baton Rouge and native of Dutchtown, she passed away Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011. She was 76 and retired from the East Baton Rouge Parish school food services, where she was an executive secretary for close to 40 years. Burial in Oak Grove Baptist Church cemetery.

Vicknair Jr. , Morris “Vick”

He passed away at 9:50 a.m. Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, in Prairieville. He was 30, a resident of Prairieville and a native of Whitehall. Interment to follow in First Baptist Church Cemetery, Head of Island.

Villenuve, Frank B.

A resident of Gonzales, he died Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was 58. Burial in Hope Haven Cemetery, Gonzales.
