Trick-or-treating in Ascension Parish set for Oct. 31

After several days of consideration, Ascension Parish President Tommy Martinez confirmed Wednesday that trick-or-treating activities in the parish will remain on Halloween night, Saturday, Oct. 31, as scheduled.

Trick-or-treating hours will be held from 6-8 p.m.

There was some discussion about moving trick-or-treating this year as not to conflict with LSU’s game against Tulane. That game is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Tiger Stadium.
