JFA serves jambalaya during Food Fest

The Jambalaya Festival Association prepared and served jambalaya to approximately 500 people in attendance at the annual Gonzales Rotary Food Fest. Those lending a helping hand included Miss Gonzales Jambalaya Jenna Levert who will be crowning her successor at the annual Miss Gonzales Jambalaya Pageant which will be held on May 2. The Jambalaya Festival Association prepared and served jambalaya to about 500 people in attendance at the annual Gonzales Rotary Food Fest.

The Association, a volunteer organization, donates their services to benefit non-profit agencies in our parish and state. 

They were honored to participate in the Food Fest which benefited the St. Theresa Food Bank.
