Volunteer Ascension seeks nominations

In celebration of National Volunteer Week, Volunteer Ascension is looking for nominations of worthy volunteers for their 11th Annual VOY (Volunteer of the Year) Awards Fundraising Event.

This “Evening of Comedy” and recognition will take place Tuesday, April 21, at the Holiday Inn-Gonzales with socializing beginning at 7 p.m. Enjoy live comedic entertainment by Kent Gonsoulin.

In addition to the four usual categories, a Lifetime Volunteer Award will be presented for the first time.
