ENGAGEMENT: Blank-Gautreau

Tim and Reba Gautreau announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Joye Rebekah Gautreau, to Jordan Vincent Blank. The couple will exchange vows April 3, 2009 at St. Mark Catholic Church.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Lois Brignac and the late Russell Brignac Sr. and Barney and Maggie Gautreau, all of Gonzales. She is a 2005 graduate of East Ascension High School. She is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor in psychology and is currently pursuing a career in medicine.

The prospective groom is the son of Dana Abadie of St. Amant and Jeffrey Blank of Colorado. He is the grandson of Ethelie Braud and the late Edwin “Hotsie” Braud Sr. and Herman and Ruth Blank, all of St. Amant. He is a 2004  graduate of St. Amant High School and is currently employed at AT&T.
