Ascention Community Theatre sets auditions for 'Amadeus'

"Amadeus," directed by Lorna Culmone Bourgeois, will run March 7-10, 14-17. Auditions for this production have been set for Sunday, Jan. 6 from 3 until 5 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 7 from 5 until 8 p.m.. There are speaking roles for 7 men and 1 woman. Servants and townspeople can be either gender and will have limited lines. Only mature actors are encouraged to attend; in other words, no children or persons under 16 should come out for this show. There is no upper age limit!

No monologues or other prepared speeches are needed. Do come dressed in comfortable clothing as the "venticelli," chorus will be required to learn and perform stylized movement.
