Gov. Jindal and First Lady to host 5th Annual Lighting of the Governor's Mansion Christmas Tree in Baton Rouge

Today, Governor Bobby Jindal and First Lady Supriya Jindal will host the 5th Annual Lighting the of the Governor's Mansion Christmas Tree inside the Governor's Mansion at 5 p.m. Attending the event will be several families of Gold and Blue Star Moms and Louisiana Army National Guardsmen who are currently deployed or about to be deployed overseas. The event will also include music by the Jefferson Baptist Church Children's Choir. Families attending are asked to bring three non-perishable canned food items, which will be donated to Louisiana food banks.
